Meter 1
Check your inputsMeter 1 needs a name of 1–120 characters.

Record one row per meter/account; avoid counting a combined site bill again in another row. Grouping does not establish eligibility for one supplier contract. A blank end date is unknown, not a current/expired classification. Imported data is not uploaded or saved automatically. Download your inventory before closing the page.

A portfolio decision starts with a reliable meter inventory.

Use one row for each billed meter or account. Identify the delivery utility from the bill, not only the site’s city. Keep electric and gas meters separate, even when they serve the same property. Avoid entering both a combined bill and its component meters.

The annualized spend is the entered monthly amount multiplied by twelve. It is a run rate, not a seasonally adjusted budget or a predicted contract cost. Supply procurement groups still need compatible commodities, utilities, eligibility, products, dates, and supplier terms.

End dates within 180 days are highlighted as a planning view. This is not a substitute for notice deadlines. Unknown dates remain visible. CSV data is read only in this browser and is not uploaded; download your inventory before leaving the page.
